Last Friday night was filled with laughter, good food, and celebration – it was CATS Technology Solution Group’s Annual Employee Holiday Dinner! It’s something we all look forward to, as it’s a great opportunity to spend time with each other outside of the office. Usually every year, the success and growth of CATS Technology as a whole is recognized, along with the recognition of each individual employee and the impact they have made.
This year was no different, however, we did have an awards portion that highlighted four special individuals for their specific roles over this past year.
- The Most Outstanding Manager Innovative Technology Award was given to Andrew McConnell. Andrew took on an important and challenging role within the company, and has done an exceptional job helping to make sure everything is organized and running smoothly on a daily basis. He has made us more efficient using our internal systems, which has given us better results in return.
- The Most Agile Employee Award was given to Brandon Stuhl. While an extremely hard worker, Brandon adds so much personality to our team. If you know him, you love him!
- The Most Improved Help Desk Technician Award was given to Mike Sherian. Mike is one of our newer employees, and has shown so much growth since his first day on the job.
- The Most Excelled in Growth and Training Award was given to Jefry Betances. Jefry is always looking to learn new skills, as well as participate in trainings to obtain the newest certifications. This year, he obtained the VMware Certified Data Center Virtualization Professional 2019 Certification, which consisted of 2 exams and a week long course from VMWare. He is also in the process of upgrading his MCITP: Enterprise Administrator Certification to a MCSE:2016 Certification. His true dedication is reflected through his work.
These four employees’ accomplishments are just a small portion of the commitment and hard work that each and every employee displays on a daily basis. Our team is made up of so much talent and knowledge, and we are so fortunate to be able to celebrate the success of CATS Technology Solutions Group year after year!
