Eric is a Level 1 Help Desk Technician at CATS Technology Solutions Group. He grew up locally in East Brunswick, NJ, and received his education at Rutgers University.
He knew he was interested in IT because he often worked with family and friends to solve and purchase their machines and network equipment. Once his construction job came to an end, he knew he needed to work, so he approached the IT field. He went on to receive all his IT certifications himself.
Eric enjoys playing cards and likes to host parties in his free time. He is looking forward to learning more and acquiring more certifications to better help the CATS team.
Fun Facts about Eric:
- I used to perform Native Dances for Cultural Festivals as a kid, to better spread information about Indigenous People.
- I have had the privilege to work, on occasion for and with, many people from the Mayor of Camden to the Sherriff’s Department of Paterson, NJ.
